Can i contact my ex-bosses accountant for wages?

Can i contact my ex-bosses accountant for wages?
My employer fired me last week, the day before payday, for not hitting target. Lo and behold, when payday arrived, i did not have anything in the bank and when i contacted him i was told i would be paid in cash that afternoon. Later that day, i recieved a text message to say 'there will be nothing to pick up, all wages need to be accounted for and a cheque will be issued next week'. I tried to contact my ex boss again this week to find out when i can expect the cheque as i have obviously fallen behind on my bills as he didnt pay me and i finally got hold of him today when he told me 'I am not dealing with this, my accountant is, so i cant give you any dates' so i advised him that should i not recieve my cheque by tomorrow (a week since when payday was supposed to be) i would be putting a claim in with the employment tribunal. To which he replied 'if you want to F*****g go to court then go for it. I dont care' Am i able to contact his accountant to enquire about when my wages will be dispatched to me? Thanks in advance... this is a different question than previous as i am asking whether i am able to contact my ex employers accountant. Also this guy is very intimidating and threatning i have come of the phone shaking and in tears after speaking to him I put an initial claim in on monday this week

Answer 1 :
Already answered this - camp outside, contact the accountant, threaten Tribunal - in fact - put in a claim thro tribunal anyway, you are owed this money and he is breaking the law. if you contact the accountant ensure he understands you want paying and your P45 and that you won't rest until you get what you are owed. Contact other people in the company too. Go to the firm daily! Don't keep posting the same thing on here - it wastes time - take action now.
Answer 2 :
Don't just threaten ET, file an initial claim now - the forms are online. Often the receipt of an ET1 will make them shift.
Answer 3 :
The Accountant isn't the correct person to deal with - your employer is the one that you need to be taking this up with. Put a claim in, get the ball rolling.

I am thinking of becoming an accountant but I have terrible communication skills. Any suggestions?

I am thinking of becoming an accountant but I have terrible communication skills. Any suggestions?
I am thinking of studying an AAT and have been doing my research. I have been looking at job adverts for trainee accountants and all are specifically saying "must have excellent communication skills" or "good interpersonal skills". The problem is I have a stammer and this is really beginning to stop me from progressing myself. I have tried speech therapy but only works to certain extent. I really want to do this so is there any type of role within this industry where I can work as an accountant for a company behind the scenes without having to deal face to face with customers all day long? As you can imagine that would be rather hard work and very uncomfortable for me having to deal with the stress and embarrasment everyday. Any suggestion would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Answer 1 :
being an accountant, esp not high up in an organization, is probably the least requiremment to communicate in an office. i know an accountant who also stammer before joining office until the office management sent him for theraphy and he improved quite a bit.
Answer 2 :
you shouldn't let your stammer hold you back. there are many professionals in your situation. Also your communication skills are not based on your verbal skills, they're are based on the way you communicate. whether you're a personable person, customer focused etc. I say go for it, it will help with your confidence to do something you want to do. I wish you luck.

The Chief Accountant For The Entire European Union Budget Joined The ..UKIP..Party...Why..? U.K.?
Marta Andreasen the chief accountant for the entire EU budget joined the ..UKIP...party. She revealed what what was really going on in the rotten heart of Brussels. As recompense for her efforts to make the EU finances transparent and accountable the corrupt Brussels set out,.... 1st To silence her... then humiliate and finally destroy her. No other case shows more clearly how the EU, through stealth, deceit and bullying has become a modern tyranny. This is a glimpse of the frightening power of Brussels. Why should they want to hide the truth from everyone. She has joined the ...UKIP party because she knows from the source of her work that the EU is corrupt down to the core and she wants to fight it... With evidence like this , why in gods name do people still vote to stay in a corrupt system like the EU. Alan..... I dont see your point... Do you assume that the UKIP party members are all white British. The UKIP party is not racist and welcomes all. Because they aim to close borders and restrict some immigrants does not make them a racist party.

Answer 1 :
Good question. This reinforces what some of us have been saying for years.
Answer 2 :
Hold on, I assume with a name like Marta Andreasen she is NOT a British citizen or was not born in the UK. What interest does she have in the UKIP party which wants to stop immigration? That surely would prevent her from even setting foot on English soil. Isn't that a bit hypocritical?
Answer 3 :
Marta Andreasen refused to deal with EU accounts after realising they hadn't been signed off for over 15 years. Can you imagine a Business doing that? Alan - UKIP are a non sectarian non racist party, Marta Andreasen holds British Citizenship and is therefore allowed to join any political party she chooses. Answer 1 :
They charge about £150 per hour so about £500 probaly
Answer 2 :
If you have just formed the company, presumably there is minimal trading and the accounts preparation is straight forward. If your company is outside the audit requirements, there should be little difficulty in doing the work yourself and saving the £60 (Clerk) - £200(Junior Partner) per hour for performing this simple task.
